FAQ - Why is the ball position so critical?
There has always been two schools of thought on ball position--one that you should keep the ball position the same for all clubs and then vary your width of stance. The other is to move the ball for each club. Move it ahead for longer clubs and back for shorter clubs.
Clearly this is an area for experimentation. Don't be afraid to try both and see which one produces the greatsest amount of consistency.
